Again a card with The Greeting Farm stamp, I've colored the image with ProMarkers. I've picked the edgy colors to fit the attitude of the image. The paper is from DoCrafts Capsule Mono paper pack.

I made a card with a stamp from The Greeting Farm for a change, the image is colored with ProMarkers. I used a round card blank and as a background paper a Hunkydory Floral Enchantment Collection die cut that came with the latest Cardmaking & Papercraft magazine.

Today I'm sharing a card I made to congratulate a graduate. The papers are from Wild Rose Studio's Vintage Rose paper pack and the dress is a glittery sticker I put on patterned paper and then cut out.

P*skarteluhaaste #221 - Luonnos

Viime viikolla jäi kiireiden vuoksi P*skis väliin, mutta nyt taas mukana!
Aiheena on luonnos ja minun kortissani tuo ympyrä on vähän eri kohdassa, kun en raatsinut leikata pois kuviopaperin kukkia. Paperit ovat Priman Engraver-lehtiöstä. Lintu ja nappi ovat puisia, ympyrän muotoiset litteät helmet kookoksen kuoresta tehty. Kulmiin tein koristeet helmikynällä.

A card with papers from Prima's Engraver pad. The bird and square button are wooden and the round embellies are made of coconut shell. I used a pearl pen to decorate the corners.

Pikaista paranemista / Get Well Soon

Tein varmuuden vuoksi parane pian -kortin, kun ei sitä koskaan tiedä, milloin sellaista tarvitsee. Leimakuva on C.C. Designsin Nurse Nora, jolta jätin siivet leimaamatta. Kuva on väritetty Distress-musteilla, taustapaperi on Pink Paisleen 365 Degrees -lehtiöstä ja teksti on dymotettu.

I made a get well card because you never know when you need one. The stamp is Nurse Nora from C.C. Designs, I didn't stamp her wings this time. I colored the image with Distress Inks. The papers are from Pink Paislee 365 Degrees paper pack and the sentiment is made with Dymo.

Papereita on gessottu reilusti. Kukat ovat kiiltokuvia ja teksti on Heidin korttipajan kartonkileike.

My MIL'as birthday is today, this is the card I gave her. The image is from Pion Design and the papers from Floral Fantasy paper pack designed by Louise Tiler. I've used a lot of Gesso on the papers.

I have a May Day card to share today. The papers are from Bo Bunny Gabrielle Collection pad and I used kraft paper for layering and flowers. The stamp is from Forever Friends, I colored the image with ProMarkers and added Glossy Accents to the balloon. The sentiment is made with Dymo.

Shrove Tuesday (or Mardi Gras) is a day for winter sports, especially sliding in Finland. I made this card with Magnolia's stamp, I've colored the image with Distress Inks and added some Glossy Accents to the glasses.
I made the background with KaiserCraft's Grid stamp.

Tästä tulikin aika tummasävyinen ystävänpäiväkortti. Värittelin Lili of the Valleyn kuvan Derwentin vesivärikynillä. Taustapaperi on Fancy Pantsin Beach Bum -lehtiöstä ja boordin paperi DoCraftsin Signature-lehtiöstä.
Pyöreä tekstileimasin on Circle Itin. Mustat, pyöreät koristeet kortin kulmassa ovat samettipäällysteisiä haaraniittejä.

I colored the Lili of the Valley image with Derwent water color pencils. The background paper is from Fancy Pants Beach Bum pad and the panel paper from DoCrafts Signature pad. The round black embellies in the corner are velvet covered brads.

Vintagekortti taas Pion Designin kuvalla, sulattelin reunoille frantage-kohojauhetta. Tummat paperit ovat Joy! Craftsin Back in time -lehtiöstä ja kukkapaperi Louise Tilerin suunnittelemasta Floral fantasy -lehtiöstä. Paperien reunat on ressattu ja mustetettu, surautinpa ompelukoneellakin vähän. Kokosin korupiikkiin helmiä ja helmihattuja, jotka kiinnitin glossylla.

Another vintage card. I melted some Frantage embossing powder around the pretty Pion Design image. The darker papers are from Joy! Crafts Back in time pad and the paper with flowers from Floral fantasy pad designed by Louise Tiler. I've distressed and inked all the edges and even dug out my sewing machine for some stitching.

GDT Askartelutaivaan Vintagehaasteessa / Guest Designer At A Vintage Challenge

Olen tänään ilmestyneessä Askartelutaivaan Vintagehaasteessa vierailevana DT:nä!
Kortissani käytin Pion Designin ihanaa vintagekuvaa ja J. K. Primecon Aino-lehtiön papereita. Reunat on ressattu ja mustettu, kuvan reunoille lisäsin vielä krakleerausainettakin. Ystävälle-tarran väritin ProMarkereilla sopivamman väriseksi, se oli alunperin hopeinen.

I'm a GDT member in a Finnish vintage challenge. I made this card using Pion Design's lovely vintage image and J. K. Primeco papers. I've distressed and inked the edges plus added some crackle medium to the image. The sentiment sticker was silver before I colored it with ProMarkers to suit my card better.

P*skarteluhaaste #218 - Värilastu

Uutta aihetta pukkaa taas P*skiksessa, nyt oli haasteena ihanat värit värilastun muodossa. Käytin kortissani DoCraftsin Pampered Pets -sarjan papereita ja leikekuvia. Värilastun värit ovat pääosassa, mutta käytin lisäksi sinertävää paperia kerrostamiseen.

In this card I've used papers and die cuts from DoCrafts Pampered Pets range.

Magnolia-kortti jakoon tänään. Tilda on väritetty ProMarkereilla, kokeilin vähän uusia sävyjä vaaleisiin hiuksiin ja lopputulos ei ole oikein onnistunut. Kuvassa ja stanssatussa jätskitötterössä on kimalleliimaa. Paperit ovat DCWV:n Sweet Matstack -lehtiöstä ja tekstileimasin on Paperinauhan myymästä setistä.

A Magnolia card to share today. I've used ProMarkers for coloring Tilda, I tried some new shades for the blond hair and am not that happy with the result. I added glitter glue to the image and the die cut ice cream. The papers are from DCWV Sweet Matstack pad.
