Tämän kortin paperit ovat Pink Paisleen Hope Chest -lehtiöstä, roiskin papereille vähän frantage-jauhetta. Tekstileimasin on Karita Vainion Paperinauhalle suunnittelemasta setistä.

The papers I used in this card are from Pink Paislee Hope Chest paper pad and I've melted some Frantage powder on the papers for texture.

Ruskea joulukortti / Brown Christmas Card

Ystävänpäiväkortti / For A Friend

Tästä tulikin aika tummasävyinen ystävänpäiväkortti. Värittelin Lili of the Valleyn kuvan Derwentin vesivärikynillä. Taustapaperi on Fancy Pantsin Beach Bum -lehtiöstä ja boordin paperi DoCraftsin Signature-lehtiöstä.
Pyöreä tekstileimasin on Circle Itin. Mustat, pyöreät koristeet kortin kulmassa ovat samettipäällysteisiä haaraniittejä.

I colored the Lili of the Valley image with Derwent water color pencils. The background paper is from Fancy Pants Beach Bum pad and the panel paper from DoCrafts Signature pad. The round black embellies in the corner are velvet covered brads.

Maybe a bit more adult-like Valentine's Day card. The pretty paper is from DCWV Mariposa pad and I've colored the peel off sentiment with ProMarkers to suit the card better.

Ilmapalloja / Balloons

Leimakuva on The Greeting Farmin, värittelin ProMarkereilla. Ilmapallot on stanssattu kimallekartongista, teksti on tulostettu. Taustapaperi on Dovecraftin Funky Vintage -lehtiöstä ja raidallinen taitaa olla Lidlin skräppisetistä.

The stamp is from The Greeting Farm, I colored the image with ProMarkers. I die cut the balloons from glitter cardstock. The paper in the background is from Dovecraft Funky Vintage pad and I think the striped paper is from a 12x12 set I bought from Lidl.

Vintagea helmillä ja pitsillä / Vintage With Lace And Pearls

Vintagekortti taas Pion Designin kuvalla, sulattelin reunoille frantage-kohojauhetta. Tummat paperit ovat Joy! Craftsin Back in time -lehtiöstä ja kukkapaperi Louise Tilerin suunnittelemasta Floral fantasy -lehtiöstä. Paperien reunat on ressattu ja mustetettu, surautinpa ompelukoneellakin vähän. Kokosin korupiikkiin helmiä ja helmihattuja, jotka kiinnitin glossylla.

Another vintage card. I melted some Frantage embossing powder around the pretty Pion Design image. The darker papers are from Joy! Crafts Back in time pad and the paper with flowers from Floral fantasy pad designed by Louise Tiler. I've distressed and inked all the edges and even dug out my sewing machine for some stitching.

GDT Askartelutaivaan Vintagehaasteessa / Guest Designer At A Vintage Challenge

Olen tänään ilmestyneessä Askartelutaivaan Vintagehaasteessa vierailevana DT:nä!
Kortissani käytin Pion Designin ihanaa vintagekuvaa ja J. K. Primecon Aino-lehtiön papereita. Reunat on ressattu ja mustettu, kuvan reunoille lisäsin vielä krakleerausainettakin. Ystävälle-tarran väritin ProMarkereilla sopivamman väriseksi, se oli alunperin hopeinen.

I'm a GDT member in a Finnish vintage challenge. I made this card using Pion Design's lovely vintage image and J. K. Primeco papers. I've distressed and inked the edges plus added some crackle medium to the image. The sentiment sticker was silver before I colored it with ProMarkers to suit my card better.

Uutta aihetta pukkaa taas P*skiksessa, nyt oli haasteena ihanat värit värilastun muodossa. Käytin kortissani DoCraftsin Pampered Pets -sarjan papereita ja leikekuvia. Värilastun värit ovat pääosassa, mutta käytin lisäksi sinertävää paperia kerrostamiseen.

In this card I've used papers and die cuts from DoCrafts Pampered Pets range.

Magnolia-kortti jakoon tänään. Tilda on väritetty ProMarkereilla, kokeilin vähän uusia sävyjä vaaleisiin hiuksiin ja lopputulos ei ole oikein onnistunut. Kuvassa ja stanssatussa jätskitötterössä on kimalleliimaa. Paperit ovat DCWV:n Sweet Matstack -lehtiöstä ja tekstileimasin on Paperinauhan myymästä setistä.

A Magnolia card to share today. I've used ProMarkers for coloring Tilda, I tried some new shades for the blond hair and am not that happy with the result. I added glitter glue to the image and the die cut ice cream. The papers are from DCWV Sweet Matstack pad.

Oma korttini on pyöreään korttipohjaan tehty äitienpäiväkortti, johon leimasin Hero Artsin leimasimella kranssin pohjalle ja liimasin päälle kukkia. Kuviopaperi on DoCraftsin Henbury Lane -lehtiöstä ja tekstileimasin jo tuotantonsa lopettaneen Nea-Idean valmistama.

My DT card is a card for Mom, I made it using a round card blank. The wreath has been stamped with a Hero Arts stamp, I attached some flowers on it. The patterned paper is from DoCrafts Henbury Lane pad.

Yksivärinen kissakortti / Monochrome Cat Card

Vähän erilainen kortti tänään, tässä ei ole käytetty kuviopaperia ollenkaan. Taustalla on ekopaperia, jonka reunoille leimailtu ja keskellä kohokuvioitu ja mustetettu paperi. Kissaleima on Inkadinkadon, koristelin sitä vähän timantein. Tekstileimasin on Circle Itin.

A bit different card to share today, I've used no designer paper. There's kraft paper in the background, I've stamped some leaves on the edges. Middle piece is embossed and inked cardstock. The cat stamp is from Inkadinkado, I added some rhinestones on the image.

Card for a boy today. The stamp is from Lili og the Valley, I've colored the image with Distress Inks. I stamped the bottom of the patterned paper in the background with Bo Bunny's stamp and embossed it with gold.

Mustaa ja ruskeaa vintagea / Vintage In Black & Brown

Tein tämän kortin käyttäen Stampendousin mallinukkeleimasinta. Kohokuvioin leimakuvan mustalla jauheella valkoiselle kartongille ja läträsin sitten ruskeilla musteilla ja vedellä.

I used Stampedous' lovely vintage style stamp to make this card. I embossed the image on white cardstock and then played with brown inks and water to make the background.

Sattui käteen äitienpäivään sopiva Pion Designin kuva, joten teinpä siitä kortin. Paperit ovat Maja Designin Vintage Autmn Basics -lehtiöstä, tekstileimasin on Nea-Idean.

I came across the lovely Pion Design image which is perfect for Mother's Day so I made a card using it. The beautiful papers are from Maja Design Vintage Autumn Basics pad, the sentiment is stamped.

Nallekortti isälle / Teddy Card For Dad

Olen käyttänyt tuota Forever Friendsin nalleleimaa useampaankin isänpäiväkorttiin, se on mielestäni sopiva myös miesten kortteihin. Kuva on väritetty ProMarkereilla ja maahan lisäsin irtokimalletta lumeksi. Taustapaperin olen tehnyt itse käyttäen vettä ja Distress-musteita. Teksti on Circle Itin leimasin, sen taustaksi stanssasin huovasta piparireunaisen ympyrän. Leveässä nauhassa on ihana tekstuuri, se tuntuu samettiselta.

I've used the Forever Friends teddy stamp for male cards a few times, I think it's cute but not too cute. :) This time I colored the image with ProMarkers and added some glitter on the ground as snow. I've made the background paper using water and Distress Inks. I've die cut the scalloped circle under the sentiment from felt. I love the texture of the ribbon, it has a velvety feel to it.

Taas osallistun CAS-kortilla (CAS=clean and simple) P*skikseen. Tällä viikolla haastettiin pelaamaan väribingoa, minun rivini on sininen-vihreä-turkoosi.
Turkoosit neliöt on tehty Distress Ink -mustetyynyllä valkoiselle kartongille, kalat ovat huopaa. Meriheinä on leimattu Dimensions Craftsin Fall Flourishes -setin leimalla. Tekstileimasin on Stempelkellerin.

Another CAS card to share. The squares in the background have been made with Distress Ink pads on white cardstock and the fish are felt. The seaweed has been stamped with Dimensions Crafts Fall Flourishes stamp.

Valentine's Day is already close, here's one simple card I've made. The image is a topper from DoCrafts Tatty Teddy range as well as the papers (name of the paper pack is Especially For You). The dotted pink ribbon goes well with the paper.

Onnea kukkasin / Congrats With Flowers

Tilda-korttia vaihteeksi. Olen ostanut muutaman uuden (vanhoista kokoelmista, alennusmyynneistä) Magnolian leimasimen viime aikoina, joten niistä pitää toki väsätä kortteja.
Tähän korttiin värittelin Tildan Distress Markereilla kuvan reunoilla on frantage-kohojauhetta. Paperit ovat DoCraftsin Lucy Cromwellia ja ressasin reunoja reilusti. Siniset paperit gessosin, koska väri oli liian ärhäkkä. Viireihin tein kirjaimet kirkkaasta dymoteipistä, pitsiperhoset leikkasin nauhasta yksittäisiksi koristeiksi.

I've used Distress Markers for coloring Tilda, there's Frantage powder around the image. The papers are from DoCrafts Lucy Cromwell pad, I've distressed the edges. I toned down the blue papers with gesso, the original color was too bright. The letters on the banners are made with clear Dymo tape and the lace butterflies I cut out to use as single embellies.

P*skarteluhaaste #216 - Värittämätön leimakuva

Huh, jouduinpas kauas pois mukavuusalueeltani tämän viikon P*skiksen teeman vuoksi... Välillä on virkistävää haastaa itseään. :) Päätin tehdä CAS-kortin (clean and simple) ystävänpäiväteemalla käyttäen Forever Friendsin leimasinta. Leimakuvaa ei saanut värittää, joten "puin" sen kuviopapereilla. Leimasin ekaa kertaa suoraan korttipohjaan ja piirsin vapaalla kädellä reunoille viivat.

I used a Forever Friends stamp in this CAS card and paper pieced it with patterned papers.

Askartelutaivaan joulukorttihaastessa ei joulu lopu jouluun. :) Aiheena eilen julkaistussa haasteessa on värit ja aikaa osallistua peräti kuukausi. Samalla työllä saa osallistua myös muihin haasteisiin!
Värisuoran vaihtoehdot ovat siis punainen-vihreä-valkoinen, sininen-valkoinen-ruskea tai valkoinen-kulta-punainen.
Minä valitsin väreiksi punainen-vihreä-valkoinen ja tässä on DT-korttini haasteeseen. Leimasin on Vilda Stampsin ja taustapaperi Kaisercraftin Belle Collection -lehtiöstä.

Askartelutaivaan Magnoliahaaste #20

Pääsin mukaan Askartelutaivaan Magnoliahaasteen design tiimiin! :) Tämä on ensimmäinen DT-työni, haasteen aiheena on "vanhasta uutta". Tuunasin Lakrisal-purkista jouluisen ja täytin sen suklaakonvehdeilla.
Magnolian olkipukki on väritetty ProMarkereilla ja kuvan reunoille sulattelin vähän frantage-jauhetta antamaan tekstuuria. Hopeiseen paperiin liimasin valkoisia lumihiutaletarroja.

I made a gift from a Lakrisal tube and filled it with chocolates. The straw buck stamp is from Magnolia, I colored the image with ProMarkers and melted some Frantage powder around it. The snowflakes on the silver paper are stickers.

Kalenterisivu helmikuulle, jossa käytin Lili of the Valleyn leimakuvaa ja LeCreaDesignin kuviopapereita. Kuvan väritin Distress-musteilla. Hanki on valkoista kartonkia, jonka revittyyn reunaan lisäsin mustetta ja kimalletta. Hiutaleet ovat haaraniittejä.

A  calendar page for February. The image is from Lili of the Valley and I used Distress Inks for coloring. The papers are from LeCreaDesign and the "snow" is white cardstock, I inked the edge and added some glitter. The snowflakes are brads.

Uusi koti / New home

Ystäväni muutti juuri ja olen tänään menossa ensimmäiselle vierailulle uuteen kotiin. Tein toki kortin viemisiksi. :)
Taustapaperi on Maja Designin Vintage Summer Basics -lehtiöstä, roiskin vähän punaista maalia taustaan. Lisäksi käytin haaraniittejä, timantteja ja klemmarin. Puiset talokoristeet ovat Tiimarista.

My friend has just moved and today I'm going for a first visit in her new home. I made a card of course. :)
The paper in the background is from Maja Design Vintage Summer Basics pad. I splattered some red paint there and used some brads and rhinestones as well.

We have a new challenge theme at Simply Create Too Challenge! This time it's "Anything goes", what could be easier! My card is a new baby card.
The stamp I used is from Lili of the Valley and I've colored the image with ProMarkers. There're some tiny little skulls included if you look really closely - as wished by the person who ordered the card. :D

I made this card for a work mate who left for a new job. I used her favorite colors and tried to make a girly card. The papers are from different paper pads, the triangle shaped rose paper is from DoCrafts Henbury Lane pad.

P*skiksessa on tällä viikolla värihaaste, työssä pitää käyttää keltaista, turkoosia ja harmaata. Minun korttiini livahti myös vähän punaista. Käytin My Mind's Eyen ihania Sky Is The Limit -lehtiön papereita, isompi kuumailmapallo on kohotettu tarrapaloilla.

My colleague has moved to a new home so I made her this card. I used My Mind's Eye Sky Is The Limit paper pad. The bigger hot air balloon has been fussy cut and raised with foam stickers for a 3D effect.

Uuden vuoden synttärikortti / Happy New Year And Birthday

Tein toisenkin kortin Sister Stampsin kivalla leimasimella. Tytärpuoleni täytti 20 ja tein tämän kortin yhdistetyksi synttärionnitteluksi ja uuden vuoden toivotukseksi. Leimakuva on väritetty ProMarkereilla, lisäsin myös vähän kimalleliimaa ja kuvan ympärillä on frantage-jauhetta. Paperit ovat My Mind's Eyen (Record it) Heirloom-lehtiöstä.

I made another card using the cute stamp from Sister Stamps. My step-daughter turned 20 and I made her this card for a combined Happy Birthday and New Year. I used ProMarkers for coloring and added some glitter glue, there's also a bit of Frantage around the image. The papers are from My Mind's Eye (Record it) Heirloom pad.

Stampavie and More Challenge #202 - Blue and White

Taas on uuden teeman aika Stampavie and More -haasteessa! Tällä kertaa työssä pitää olla sinistä ja valkoista - helppoa, eikös!
Omassa DT-kortissani käytin Stampendousin vintagetyylistä mallinukkeleimasinta, jolla kohokuvioin valkoiselle kartongille. Sotkin taustalle sinisävyisiä musteita ja Lindys Stamp Gangin Starburst-suihketta, kukat gessosin.

We have a new theme at Stampavie and More Challenge! This fortnight we'd like you to use blue and white - so easy! 
In my DT card I used a vintage style stamp from Stampendous and embossed the image on white cardstock. I used blue toned inks and Lindys Stamp Gang's Starburst mist to make the background and applied some gesso on the flowers.
